Complaints and Quality
We guarantee freshness at the time of delivery, so we encourage people to send in complaints ideally at the time of delivery, within 24 hours for perishables and 7 days for non perishables.

Rescheduling/Cancellation of Orders
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the order by the customer post the order is dispatched there will be a cancellation fee of Rs. 100 levied on the order. No cancellation fee is charged if the cancellation is done before the dispatch.
We only accept returns if the non perishable items that you have received are damaged or lack quality. Perishable goods cannot be returned. No returns will be accepted after expiry of 7 days of delivery of the products. Please send the item in the original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the time you notify us.
Shipping times will vary based on the location of delivery. However, we try to complete a delivery within 2 to 3 business days in Bangalore and 5 to 7 business days in other parts of India. Due to COVID restrictions, some orders might take additional 1 or 2 days to deliver.
